Windshield wipers

Help. We are having a devil of a time finding new wipers for our 2013 itasca Meridian MH. They are 32" and arms have hooks at the end.

I purchased 28" wiper blades to replace the 32" blades. They are available everywhere and they cover enough of the windshield you don't notice the difference. They are also easier on the wiper motor.

You probably need to find an active motor coach dealer to obtain 32" blades or order some on-line. I ran all over Bushnell FL with no success...had to lay over a weekend, then found a dealer at The Villages. Cost was $90+ for a pair & they're just so-so. Rediculous , but what ya gonna do...got to have wipers.:

I had to buy new wipers a short time ago. This was the best deal I could find at that time.

Yup that's the ticket, use the 28" ones you'll won't notice the difference and your wallet will thank you! I picked up a few sets on close out ($3 ea.) and keep them in the MH for spares.

Not for me, just don't drive in the rain. Too hard to wash the motor home anyway after driving in the rain.

While driving you will notice no difference between 28 and 32 and you reduce the strain on the wiper motor.

They had the wrong connectors and wouldn't work. Thank you.

COSTCO has 28" Goodyear wipers, MADE in USA for 8.99
You may have to file down your hooks as they are
often too wide for the blade.

This looks like what you need! These are the hook type.

Wiper blades are a replacement item, but the sun in Arizona is brutal on them. So I came up with a method to protect them that works better than anything else I've tried so far. I just cut off some lengths of cheap pipe insulation you can buy at Home Depot. It keeps them off the windshield and totally protects the rubber parts from sun damage......

Just remember not to drive off with them installed on the wipers, as they will soon become litter alongside the road!

I just bought a stick of the pipe insulation at Lowe's! I got the hard foam type instead of the rubber. It was about 1/3 the cost of the rubber and I couldn't see that it would make any difference!
