Windsock poles

I see these big long flexable poles with wind socks on the back of campers at the beach. Anybody know where to buy. Thanks.

Amazon has them from 4' - 32'. They are called wind sock poles.

Found them. Don't they usually clamp a piece of pvc pipe on ladder to sit them in.

I just use (2) 10' pieces of PVC pipe, sized so one slides into the other. I made a single saw cut into one end of the large piece about 3" long, put a hose clamp around it, that's what holds them together. Cheap and effective! ST

Check out 'Flag Pole Buddy'. A mount that is very effective and easy to insert the pole into. They also sell poles, flags, etc.

I have a question, I see them all the time but why do people need the them? I get people flying planes/quadcopters, but what else are the used for?

We were in a beach area where birds kept waking us up in the morning by running around on our fiberglass roof. A neighbor had a fiberglass pole with a raptor (hawk) flapping in the breeze. Once I put a similar set up, problem solved.
