Wiper motor

My wipers chador on low speed can’t use on intermediate
Any advice

Why can't you use them on medium? Do the chatter too much there too?

This will fix your dirty windows (wiper jumps):

USE 0000 steel wool and rain-x. Just like on this RV Geeks video:

They work good on medium but can’t use intermediate also if pull wipers of windows they still chatter so that tells me wiper rubber and glass is good
