Look on Craigs list in the RV section for a used furnace, you may find what you need for a bargain price. I see all kinds of used parts. My son got a pop up trailer that was, shall we say not usable, but all the amenities were in good shape and put together a cargo trailer toy hauler from the parts. It had a convection furnace(no fan) that keeps things toasty down to teens.
