The Zep manufacturing plant near Atlanta burnt down yesterday. Stock up if you use their products.

I use Zep orange degreaser, as it removes paint from hands better than brand name hand cleaners. It's the only stuff that approaches Awesome in removing stains, etc.

Those specialized contractors that clean house burns will be put in a crimp. They use a bunch of Zep industrial cleaning products when getting the smell out of home fires.

Bummer!! I saw on the news that a "chemical manufacturing plant" had burned but never heard who it was. That was a pretty long building. Since I live on the west side of Atlanta I would go past the plant on US 41 to get on I-75 north at the Red Top Mountain exit. I used to know a couple of their sales people from about 20 years ago but being retired I have lost touch with them. They make some great products. I'll bet they don't rebuild at that location though. It wasn't the easiest for trucks to get in and out of. Over the years they just kept adding on to the building.

I stand corrected. It wasn't the ZEP plant that burned, it was a chemical supplier to ZEP. It will still effect the output of ZEP in the near future. The supplier that burned was in Marietta, GA.
