Zero-G Water Hose
I guess I don't know how to search because I get nothing.
Looking at the Zero-G water hoses and see that they all claim to be drinking water safe. The RV/Marine version is 1/2" and the garden version is 5/8".
I'm sure many have or have at least tried one of these.
Looking for some reviews from those who have them or tried and discarded them.

Zero G hoses are safe for drinking water. We replaced our old style white hoses with these. I carry a 25' and a 50' in the same space as the old 25' vinyl hose. In two years of steady use, they have held up well. I recommend them highly.

Ditto on Zero-G RV/Marine hose. Packs up much more compact than the traditional white hose. I added caps to keep end fittings clean.

We have 2 25' Marine/RV. Couple of years and no problem. Comes with a 5 year guarantee.

After three years of hard use, we are still in love with ours. the big thing for us was less space used and they are easy to coil when outside temps are cold.

Seems all who replied are using the Marine/RV 1/2" version.
Does anyone use the garden 5/8" version?
The package says it's safe for drinking water and I currently use a 5/8" white hose for the city water line. I believe we get a bit better shower flow vs the 1/2" hose.

I use the 1/2" for drinking and have 5/8" for other, but the 5/8 does say right on the package Drinking water Safe. I love them both, I use a plastic electric cord reel to roll it up on.

I have a Zero-G hose. Although it's "drinking water safe" water out of the hose is incredibly foul with a "rubber water hose" taste that double filters can't remove. I don't use it for drinking water. Wasted money.

I guess I'm the minority and must have gotten a bad one. Inner liner split in the first season. Loved the flexibility, didn't get any bad taste. Maybe I'll try again, kind of expensive.

Are there different grades of these? How do the ends hold up? It seems like I am constantly repairing the ends due to leaks.

We have the 5/8" in 25 and 50 foot lengths purchased and used last year from folks recommendations here. No failures, no nasty taste.

I have had the same issue with several brands, broken ends. Sometimes I can repair them, sometimes not. But they are so convenient to use that I buy them again. They are not at all tolerant of being stepped on.
