Jim and Sandy,

Make sure you go to the preregistration page and submit your deposit to reserve your site. Full registration fees are not yet determined, but are looking like they'll be quite reasonable given all of the scheduled events.

Looking forward to meeting you!

Lk2step,

I noticed this is your first post and would like to welcome to iRV2, we're really glad to have you here as a new member and are looking forward to reading your posts about your RVing experiences and adventures. You'll find a great bunch of folks on this site who are very knowledgeable of RVing, the rigs we use, and the places we go in them.

You'll see, they're eager to help and share their knowledge and experiences with others.

I'm sorry you've take exception to our new rally deposit policy, we did a lot of considering before deciding to go this route. At previous rallies, we merely accepted folks' word when they said they'd come and we'd contract venues, campgrounds, entertainment, and meals based on the total count of folks who posted that they were coming to the rally. Unfortunately, there has been a high percentage of those folks choose to not attend after such arrangements were made relying on their word. Having to reduce our counts on contracts has cost us money and forced us to withdraw some venues in the past.

We decided to request the $50 to attract only those members who are sincere in their intentions to attend, we're not trying to rip folks off for $50. Any forfeited deposit funds will be used for the annual rally.

Again, welcome to iRV2, we're glad you joined.

It's not totally unheard of, lot's of folks book Walt Disney World's, Fort Wilderness a year in advance as well.

If you intend on coming to our 5th National Rally, then hold your reservation now before we run out of sites. See you there!
