Rick,
Do you need any AV/sound support for the week?
I have access to all kinds of things. I sent you a private email also.

Unfortunately Jack Strohl (MO-Jack) is unable to attend the rally due to his mother-in-law's illness. So...I need someone to head up the door prize/raffle area. Any volunteers?

What does the job involve? I'm assuming I could do this, but I'd like to know when I'd need to be available, as we have some plans off the campground.

Essentially the job is organizing the prizes, selling the tickets during group events (Monday dinner, before the drawing on Wed.), and running the drawing of tickets and distributing the prizes on Wed. nite. Also, if you want to come up with door prize topics (i.e. longest distance traveled, oldest attendee, etc.) that would also be OK. In the past we have run the raffle as a "Chinese" Auction where people purchase tickets and put any number of tickets in a container representing the prize(s) they most desire. There would be one container for each prize or group of prizes.

Thanks a bunch to Frank and Chris Martin (Frank P. Martin) who will take the lead on the raffle and door prizes!

Rick:
Don't think we will be arriving a day early to help with checkins ---- last minute problem has delayed our departure by a day. We'll leave in the morning (Thursday).... fridge doesn't work now either. Bummer.
