We need a few volunteers to help out in several areas. If you wish to get involved in some way, please let me know. Even if you volunteered in the past and I did, or did not respond, please indicate your interest again.

Hospitality Team - greets attendees as they arrive, checks them in and escorts them to their site - This team is headed up by George and Peg Koelsch. You need to be an early arrival to help here.

Sue Heindel

Dave and Pat Anderson

Joe Kasunich (Joe-K)

Jack and Karen Strohl (MOJack)

Ted and Judy Trostle (FlyTyer)

Don Walworth
Photography - captures the images of the rally for permanent record - So far I have Dave Mohr as a definite volunteer - You can coordinate with him to make sure all events are covered by the camera eye.

Ray Gregoris (Raygreg)

Pat and Don Walworth (Don in E Texas)
Raffle and Door Prizes - Organizes the raffle and door prize items, sells tickets, and conducts the raffle and door prize drawing on Wednesday evening. - Frank and Chris Martin (Frank P. Martin) are heading this up and need more hands and feet.

Ray Gregoris (Raygreg)

Mary Prescott
Golf Outing - Organizes foursomes and makes sure everyone has transportation to and from Crossgates Golf Course - so far Frankie and
NYMoose have volunteered, but maybe they need some additional help. Tee time is 10 AM on Monday. There are slots available if you still want to golf. Cost is $29.50 - paid at the golf course.

Seminars - anyone wishing to provide a seminar or organize a BOF (Birds-of-Feather) discussion. Some suggestions have been "truck talk" and "wireless computing".

Wireless Computing - A General Overview - Rick Koelsch - time TBD

BOF - Fly Fishing and Fly Tying - led by Ted Trostle - time TBD

BOF - Scrapping - especially for the ladies - time TBD
Table and Chair Setup - make sure tables and chairs are ready for each community event in the Rally Tent.

Ted and Judy Trostle (FlyTyer)

Roger Moore (007)
Covered Dish Dinner - Sue Heindel (AllegroHappy) is organizing the dinner but she will need help with organizing the food and decorating the tent for the "Oktoberfest in June" event on Friday evening.

Mary Prescott

Shelly Kasunich

Grace Mohr

Pat and Don Walworth (Don in E Texas)

Ted and Judy Trostle (FlyTyer)

Claire Moore and sister Gert
Rick,

Do you need any AV/sound support for the week?
I have access to all kinds of things. I sent you a private email also.

Unfortunately Jack Strohl (MO-Jack) is unable to attend the rally due to his mother-in-law's illness. So...I need someone to head up the door prize/raffle area. Any volunteers?

What does the job involve? I'm assuming I could do this, but I'd like to know when I'd need to be available, as we have some plans off the campground.

Essentially the job is organizing the prizes, selling the tickets during group events (Monday dinner, before the drawing on Wed.), and running the drawing of tickets and distributing the prizes on Wed. nite. Also, if you want to come up with door prize topics (i.e. longest distance traveled, oldest attendee, etc.) that would also be OK. In the past we have run the raffle as a "Chinese" Auction where people purchase tickets and put any number of tickets in a container representing the prize(s) they most desire. There would be one container for each prize or group of prizes.

Rick:

Don't think we will be arriving a day early to help with checkins ---- last minute problem has delayed our departure by a day. We'll leave in the morning (Thursday).... fridge doesn't work now either. Bummer.
