I have had a time picking out something to bring. Everytime I looked at the list and picked out an item to bring, by the time I found a recipe to use, someone else had signed up for it. So I am stepping out on a limb and will be bringing "Amish Pickled Eggs and Beets".
Never ate any nor made any, but there's always a first time.
I will also bring a dessert of some kind.

Jacki - let me know if you need a recipe. I've even adapted it for lo-carb or diabetics. It's been in our family for years!
