On the 2008 Rally page it says under the Rally Policy:

"Deadline to do your full registration is June 10, 2007."

Shouldn't the year be 2008?

Frank -

On the link at the top of the National Rally page where people can pre-register by sending in their $50 pre-registration fee, it shows the deadline for the total rally package as June 10, 2008.

I've tried to find another mention of this, but am unable to do so. Please send me the link so I can make the correction or have Warpath make the correction.

Thanks!
Sandy

I know I have already told you privately that you can count on me for help but I want to post here to make sure my name is added to the list of Texans coming to support you.

Just to clarify.....You must pre-register by clicking the above link to be added to any "official" list of attendees.
You'll pay a non-refundable $50 pre-registration fee,so it may be a bit early for some to commit.

The pre-registration page (which takes a couple of days to build) is now linked at the top of the page! Or you can click on this link to go directly to the paypal link:

https://shopirv2.com/index.asp?PageA...PROD&ProdID=60

A $50 non-refundable preregistration fee is required to sign up which guarantees you a spot at the 2008 National Rally!

The $50 fee will be deducted from the total National Rally package when those prices are announced later.

We're looking forward to a great time and friends coming to Texas from all over! Get your spot reserved now!

Sandy

Ken,

Certainly understand! Not a problem, the pre-registration will go on for some time as people configure their 2008 vacation schedules and all of that. Plenty of time, my friend!

Get a job soon! I know you're working on it!

Sandy

PS: I need to get your cooking pot back to you! Will make plans soon!

Barbara -

I've got you all "thumbed up" on the pre-reg list! I'm excited that you'll be able to come! National Rallies are like family reunions...I can't wait from one year to the next to see friends I've made over the years.

You know I'll have things for you to do and I appreciate the offer! I'm working on my list of "jobs" and will be posting them to the Texas Boomers soon.

I have to pace myself - and to realize that it's a year away...not tomorrow! I want to go NOW!

Sandy

Ok, I've tried to figure it out, and I give up. What are the numbers on the pre-reg page before each name?

Also what kind of terrain will we find around Perrin? It looks flat around the camp, but what about the approach, say from the Dallas area? Us flatlanders with underpowered machines want to know.

And I'm glad to see they're working on 65 south of Branson. It should be a BIG improvement when they finish.

Ken,

I think Sandy is using the system generated order number on the pre-registration page.

Hi Ken -

Hitchhiker is right, I am using the system generated order number. No particular reason other than to keep it straight in my books and in my mind!!!

As far as the terrain, I think you can label it "flat as a pancake" although surprisingly enough there are hills. The general area is called the "North Texas Hill Country" and it is quite beautiful, but from Dallas/Ft Worth, it is mostly flat, ranchland. Your rig will pull just fine!! It is certainly NOT the mountains we saw in Missouri!!
