The 2008 National Rally DVD's are completed!
A special note of appreciation to DON ALLEN who has worked every day since we left Perrin sorting through 2000 photos and whittling that massive project down to make the dvd of 2008 National Rally memories spectacular!
I'll be packaging and addressing them tomorrow and will mail them out on Wednesday....so be watching for it!
There are 999 photos in slideshow format as well as two video clips at the end for your enjoyment! It will bring back great memories of a fun week in Texas! It can be viewed on your computers or on your television - it was awesome on our big screen tv!!!
Extra copies have been made so let me know if your's doesn't arrive or arrive safely!
Sandy
PS: Don will be sending me the main file of photos and I'll begin working on a separate dvd for all the young'uns/kiddoes/young people/ special kids that attended the rally - it will take me awhile, but I promise I'll work on it diligently to get them their very own copy with all their fun activities on it!

DriVer -
Don made a few extra dvd's of the event and your name is on one of them! The ice cream social you and Miss Colleen sponsored was a HUGE (10 ft long) success and the biggest & best ice cream social ever in National Rally history!

Madame Boomer and Don Allen:
Just to let you know that we received our DVD of the 08 Rally in the mail yesterday and want to again thank you for the effort that was put into making it a memorable occasion. Don Allen also has our thanks for his organization and diligence in putting the many photos together. Now if I can just get the Tx Boomers to schedule a weekend get together close to the Tx/OK border or Missouri we might try to sneak in as an outsider type guest.

We received our DVD on Friday and watched it that evening. Was great to see all the fun events and people faces again. Brought back lots of fun memories an a few laugh we had missed at the Rally!
Thanks to all for putting together our vacation/rally on a DVD for us.
Today on Good Morning America, they said family type vacation are coming back, but as we all know they never left. We all enjoy every minute we can.
Sue

Sandy, Great job. I just opened the kid's disc and sat here and watched the whole thing. It looks like you went to a lot of work to single out pictures of kids, and for that we thank you. A number of the pictures show that you got involved with the kids and really enjoyed it. Even though our kids can't tell you in so many words, you can see the look on their faces that they had a great time. And that banana split still looks good.
