We're coming down to the wire for submitting pics for inclusion on the DVD (just waiting on 1 more member, possible, to send me their pics) - June 15 is it. I think you're really going to like the DVD's - especially the photos we got of the members at their rigs/signs, those turned out really great. Dave & I (mostly Dave, though) worked really hard to get them all sorted, categorized & tweaked to look their best.
In the meantime, would all of you that attended the 2009 Rally, please PM me your mailing addresses? Of all the information we gathered at registration, that was the one bit of info we neglected to get.  A might bit difficult for us to get these out to you without that info.
Once they're all in their little envelopes & addressed, I'll let you know when I mail them out so you'll know to wait breathlessly by your mailbox for your little package.

Ok, there's been 61 views of this post but I've gotten only 34 replies with attendee addresses for mailing out the DVD's. 
09 Rally Attendees: Please check your email accounts (especially your SPAM/JUNK folder if you have a filter that would've blocked my home email account from getting through to you) for my request for mailing addresses. If I don't hear from you, I'll assume you don't want the DVD.

Your commemorative photo DVD of the Rally is on it's way to you. They are in paper sleeves, but for those of you who have jewel cases you want to put it in, we included a file on the DVD with a logo'd jewel case insert. Just follow the instructions on it for printing/cutting/folding & slip it into your own jewel case for safe keeping of this memory.
I've a few members I still haven't gotten a mailing address from yet. If you are one that did not email me an address & still want the photo DVD of the Rally, please email your mailing address to ljs@insight.rr.com & I'll get one of the DVD's out to you right away.
I hope you will all be pleased with our little production. It was fun (& a LOT of work - 90% of which was Dave) to create & is filled with over 1300 great photos. I'm especially fond of the panorama shots Dave put together that are scattered throughout the albums (he has software to do this). Please enjoy the captured memories of our iRV2.com 2009 National Rally & we hope to see you at future Rallies.

Many thanks for your work. I am sure we will enjoy the photos and recall the memories of the best rally we have attended.

Unless Mike says otherwise, no need for a donation for the DVD costs, Ted. It'll come outta the Rally funds like the rest of the Rally items did (i.e. site signs, nametags, meal tableware....etc). Thank you for the offer!

Received the DVD today and had to look at it immediatly.
Again an outstanding job.
You are to be commended for your dedication in the planning, execution and finally the completion of the DVD.
Thank you all again for the wonderful time we had.
If I see that you are all involved in a function you bet Connie and I will be there.
Hopefully now you can relax and enjoy the rest of the summer

GREAT JOB on the DVD! We received it yesterday and ran thru it last night.
