Mike and I spent this past weekend at Evergreen Resort working with the folks there in determining a final site assignment for everyone. These sites were chosen to keep all of the rally attendees on the same side of the campground and in close proximity to the pavilion and gathering area.

Be assured the area we are in is not large and all sites are close to the the action.

During the registration process a few folks notified us that they would be arriving early and those sites have been assigned accordingly and those folks notified. Because of other rallies ending on Sunday June 14th, most of the other sites in the rally area are occupied. Any other attendees, wishing to arrive early may contact the campground and get a discounted rate, but most likely you will be on a different site for the extra day(s). If you do happen to need an extra night, please contact the campground early as it will fill up for the weekend.

Note: The forum names are in listed in the same order as the registration list.

Campground Map

For an interesting view of the campground, select this Aerial View, and when the map opens click the Birds Eye view option. You can zoom in and out as well as Pan the view of the campground.

If you look at the campground map, then the aerial view, you'll be able to see the locations of the pavilion where most of the activities will take place. All of the sites we are using are close to the pavilion.

Oh, by the way....we also arranged for the entire week of the rally to be as bright and sunny as it is in the aerial view

We are leaving after breakfast on Friday morning to make it to Celina, OH for my family reunion. Just wanted you to know that space will be empty after that. Also, can you switch us (donna r) with (rad 1945). They are friends of ours and it appears they have a pull thru for their motorhome and we have a back-in for our 5th wheel. Just makes life easier! Thanks.

Donna,,
Several things were taken into consideration when we assigned the sites.
One is that some of the sites slope alittle more than others making them better for fifth wheels and trailers than motorhomes. That is the reason we have you on site 21. I'm sure you will like the site, however.
Have a safe trip and see you in a few weeks.
Mike

OK, Mike, not a problem. Ted will back it in. We have a Big Foot leveling system so tend to forget about the level aspect of sites. We're looking forward to meeting everyone.

It's good and bad about my family reunion being the weekend of 6/19. Good in that we're in the area and bad that we have to leave a day early but you do what you have to do. Thanks again.

Just a little tid bit of info, if you scroll a ways left on that arial map (follow 250 towards Mt.Eaton) to where it intersects w/Salt Alley (right next to the plowed field), that building is a small but good Amish-cooking restaurant. It's considered within walking distance of the CG, but you would have to cross a state route to get to it from the CG side of the road.

Joe-K; Not to be picky, but could you please dial-down the thermostat so daytime highs are in the mid-70's during the rally?
