Well we are getting closer everyday to meeting in Williams. As usual everything seems to be going by way to fast. I see there are several of you who have asked the campground about coming in early, please let me know who you all are and if you are planning to come in, I will keep us all together. We have been talking about going to dinner for all those who get in early. Also I may have a few small things to get together for the rally bags and a few other things. The park has said they will have plenty of folks to do the clean up and parking so it dosen't look like we will need anyone so far, but it will be nice to have some names just in case so if you would like to volunteer to help out just in case please let me know.

Confirmation Please!

OK. We sent the $50 registration fee several days ago. We would like to arrive early, maybe Friday evening; however, before we call the RV park to get those extra days, we would like confirmation that there is space for us at the rally. Please tell us the next step, i.e., send in the rest of the $$. Thank you. This will be our first IRV2 rally and we're ready!!

Hi Sue and Paul; It is great to see you joining us for your first Rally, now I am nervous I really need to impress you with this rally. You are on the right track, I am glad you let me know you would like to arrive early, I will try and keep all of us that will arrive early together. There is room for you, as of right now, the first 52 will have a spot for sure and as soon as Tamara lets me know if we can have more I will add those to the list also.

You can go ahead and let her know you will be coming in early, and then as soon as we get the final payment page up you can finish up.

We can't wait to see everyone in Williams in less then 5 months.

Early arrival to 2010 Rally

I called Railside RV Park (888-635-4077) to ask if we could come in two days early, on Friday afternoon. I was told to email my request for a reservation for the two days, referencing the IRV2 Rally, to their email address, railside@bmol.com. This way there would be a solid paper trail of my (request for an) early arrival to the Rally. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and gave clear instructions on how to do it. See ya' there!

My brother who lives in AZ is planning on coming up to meet me while in AZ and also join us on the train ride. He has asked me to confirm that we will have the "coach" tickets. Can you confirm that? Or, can we just get 2 extra tickets with our reservation. Please let me know what's the best way to handle this to be sure we can be with him.

Thanks,
Jodi

Hi Jodi, Just send me an e mail and we will get that taken care of.
jkrylowicz@cox.net

If anyone has any questions like this please do the same there is no place on the sign up page for these little extras, We will be paying for the tickets and meals directly so we can handle it on a 1 to 1 action.

Thanks everyone

There's been discussion on here about signing up for potlucks! I love it when people are ready for food!!!

Barbara Spade will be putting up a announcement and signup sheet around the 1st week in June. Barbara is a Texas Boomer and is my "right hand gal" when it comes to meal signups as she does them now for all our rallies and campouts.

So be watching when the announcement goes up!

Florida now represented

We wanted to make sure that Florida would be represented this year at the Texas National rally, so we just signed up. (Actually, had to make sure that Jo Ann's foot surgery was healing properly so that she can travel).

See you in July!
