The fires will not effect our rally. They wee across the highway about 20 miles away was the closest. Flagstaff is 30 miles East of Williams and no worry. I will try and get the site numbers posted in the next few days, there is another group going in this weekend and have to confirm dates by Friday. As of right now we have 11 coming in Saturday and I will have the confirmation numbers for those we dont need them starting Sunday I have all the sites confirmed.

11 more days till the fun starts.

We are in Elk City, OK 722 miles from Williams, Az. I did not know the roads could get so ruff as in Ok. I sure hope Texas and New Mexico are better. We are going to stop for a couple day In New Mexico before heading to Williams, AZ. We also got a new AC and really need it.

Di and Tom we are right behind you. We leave St Louis in the A.M. for Oklahoma City. Then on to Albuquerque N.M. for 2 days then to Williams. Tom did you come down I44? Was if really rough like PA roads?

Chickie -

We're leaving Thursday morning from Houston area and will arrive in Albuquerque on Friday. We're staying at Palisades RV park Friday night (right off I-10) where are ya'll staying?

Actually, I-40 on the west side of Albuquerque.

Now I'm worried since Madame Boomer is going to be navigating and driving and she will be looking for I-10.

Rusty

I hope she doesn't have us meeting up in Canada on Friday. Maybe she's still in shock from winning the wet tshirt contest on her birthday.

Hey Di, any construction on I-40 that I should worry about? I'm leaving Roanoke tomorrow and will be running I-81 to I-40 and I was just wondering if there were any large construction areas that I might want to detour around if possible.

: flowers::angel :
I really know it's I-40 - my fingers just typed I-10....duh... I just know we're heading sort of north west to Quanah on Thursday night and will meet up with the Simpsons there. Head west on Friday morning and meet up with the Curtis' at Flying J Travel Center - then head more west to Albuquerque by Friday night meeting up with the Allens - then Saturday morning I'll head even more west and hopefully be in Williams mid day!

WEST WEST WEST WEST - WESTWARD HO - WEST WEST WEST WEST
on I-40 !!!
