We are signed up to attend with an RV. We were just wondering if we had other options.

It is difficult when we do not have a last name to go with the first names. This is a preliminary list to see who all is interested in coming and help gauge the numbers for events.

We will get a firm count once we get the cost posted and start the actual sign up process with a deposit.

Cost posted. I understood whichever state had the most attendees didn't have to pay and got a free wash and wax for their rv. Was that a vicious rumor.

of course

Hey Jim, the reason we have so many Texas rigs signed up was that Judy told us you were paying for all of the Texas rigs since we had made Roxie the official Texas Boomer mascot.

I don't where you got the idea of a rig wash and wax.....

I'll settle fro your AX card number.

Ken

Hi everyone, wow you are being very busy signing up for 2010 and I am so excited, I wanted to let you all know the status, I know you are used to seeing everything posted up front and I wanted to let you know I am still working on a few prices they don't want to commit to 2010 yet and so we are trying to get a solution worked out but I also want to keep the prices down. I will also get prices for a few of the local hotels for those who would like to come and won't have a rig. I get e mail notification of all your posts in the 2010 threads, and if I don't get you a response fast enough, please send me a direct e mail. Also if you have any special request let me know in e mail if you like and we will get it taken care of for you. I also want to let you know that Sandy is helping so for those that see her at a get together let her know and she will send it to me.

Thanks Ken for keeping this all straight your doing a great job. and thank all of you for getting on the list and we will have a lot of fun come July.

Jhatha, go to the first page on this thread and there are links to the RV park at Williams, AZ. The price will be announced soon. Kablewizard is woring on the aggenda and the vndors to get the cost tied down. Once the cost is put up, we be setting up a formal sign up page which will require a deposit.
