I was at the camp ground today checking on a few things, and asked who was coming in early I was informed that as of this time I am the only one. I was told that several of you were planning on coming in early if you are planning it I need to verify who you are so I can get the sites held. You can pay for them when you get in, I just need to know who you are at this time.

Jim, we should arrive a day ahead on Saturday as we only have 1900 miles and 4 days from St Louis. So count us in as being there 1 day early also. Thanks

Kablewizard (Jim):

Talked to Pam at the RV Park yesterday morning and she gave us the okay on the telephone for early arrive. Also, she said that it was not necessary for any email confirmation. If you are visiting the RV Park again and if you don't mind please check on the early arrival status.

Thanks and we appreciate what you are doing.

I will contact the park in July and let her know how many sites I need early and what days then I will slot you in and give her a copy of my list of where everyone will be. Also if you have any special need or requests let me know and I will get it on paper. I will try and move all the site related threads to another topic and clean this one up.

Thanks every one.

Hi Jim,

Our current plans have us arriving Saturday evening around 8 PM after an overnight stop in Amarillo. Please let us know if we need to contact the park directly to arrange for the extra night.

Thanks!!

it appeared (from previous posts) that each attendee was to contact the park directly (maybe I misunderstood) so I emailed the park to let them know that the Creekmores, Curtis', Allens and Simpsons would arrive on Saturday afternoon. We're all meeting up together either in Amarillo or certainly by our 2nd night on the road in Albuquerque and then coming on in together!

We are not sure when we will be there. We are almost 2,000 miles away. We plan to leave July 2 and stop along to way. I am still looking for things to see along the way out.

Will you be posting the site numbers in advance of the rally? We will be taking our time going to the rally and really won't know until a couple of days prior where we will be. If it looks like we would be in the area early, I'd like to contact the campground to see if our site would be available. No real problem if it isn't, we'll just stay somewhere else until arrival day.

I think you already have our special requests from the questionnaire we filled out when we signed up.
