The 1st News Blast about the National Rally has hit the Internet pipe lines. The message was pushed out to several thousand members. I hope that the response to this push will result in a flood of reservations.

Although we have secured 200 ocean front sites, there is plenty of room for overflow. So if you would like to come back again to visit long time friends or make this your 1st iRV2 rally, we are looking forward to seeing you on the beach in Myrtle Beach.

Using your favorite search engine, you'll find dozens of venues on the Grand Strand that will offer you the best family entertainment activities.

Myrtle Beach Rally

Ocean Lakes is a great campground, especially for rallies. We are planning to be there...

How is it one careless match can start a forest fire but it takes a whole box to start a campfire?

Late signup for Medievil Times event

I didn't decide at the time we registered and paid the rally fees, but now thinking about doing the Medieval dinner/show. What would be the best way to add that on?

Kate, I'll send you a PM and we work through adding this to your registration.

If anyone else has already registered and paid their rally fees, and would like to add the Medieval Times dinner/show to their registration before the Aug 15th cut-off date, Please PM me and I'll work this through with you.

Announcing - National Rally Credential and Wallet!

Absent a proper model Ms. Roxy seeing that a need had to be met, a role had to be filled and an itch had to be scratched stepped dog trackingly forward and "Volunteered" to be the 1st model to feature the 2014 iRV2.com National Rally ID and Wallet.

Ms. Roxy is pleased to also let you know that all attendees will be receiving that same wallet and ID that says "Roxy Baby." You see she stole the master file and like Duke Bush, she can be stubborn. (Honestly I found the file in the back of her bed so everything is OK BUT don't let her know that!)

Under the front flap on the wallet, there's a zippered compartment. That compartment should contain your scratch offs for the door prizes and a ticket for the Grand Prize drawings. The wallet features 2 pen pockets on the reverse of the wallet and a slot big enough for about 2 dozen business cards.

You are going to need the ID for all activities in the recreation hall especially for meals as you may get bounced. Like they say, "No soup for you!"

You will also need your ID when you go to rent a golf cart. So equipped you can get a 50% discount over the standard rate for mid-September.

If you are going to the Hollywood Wax Museum, you will need your ID to get the approximately 40% discount and if you are 65 or greater, an additional 10%. Remember in order for all of us to get the discount, we have to show up in a single group of 50 persons or more. Please sign up at the registration desk if you want to go to the Wax Museum. We've been and it's not disappointing. They did a good job. The Museum trip is optional and is scheduled for Friday morning. You are going to pay on your own when you get to the counter. Check the Rally Itinerary.
.
The wallet may also be required for Medieval Times as well!

gMw is our wallet guru and he is printing out all the ID cards. Please make sure that you are registered BEFORE the August 15th cutoff date.

When you check in at the registration desk, you will be issued your wallet. Please feel free to use your wallet whenever you go to your next RV group activity.

On your card, your FIRST NAME will be prominent so folks will know what to call you. Your screen name is also on your ID as well as your City and State. I don't think that George is going to upload all your photos like he did for Roxy but as you all know .... she's special! (Plus she said she wouldn't do the shoot without the photo)

Mr. DE Mille, I'm ready for my for my close up!

Friendly reminder that the August 15th cut-off date is 20 days away. So there’s no time like the present to register for the rally.

As Mike indicated, I will be printing Rally ID’s. First name, screen name, City and State, information will be obtained from the 2014 National Rally Attendee List. So please be sure to check the Attendee List thread and PM me if updates are needed
