For those members that want to go to Medieval Times when you are paying for your rally fees, please pay close attention to the "Agenda" page. You will find an option on that page to book Medieval Times.
Medieval Times is a totally "OPTIONAL" event and is not a component of the Rally Fees.

The Rally committee has worked to keep the fees as reasonable as possible.
For the 2014 National Rally Fees are:
· Pilot $90.00
· Co-pilot $90
· Extra Adult Person (18 or over) $90.00
· Student (age 7 to 17) $50
· Child (6 or less) Free
Medieval Times, which is an optional event that a member can sign up and pay for as part of the Online Registration process, is $42 per person.

Are the rally fees paid in advance or at Ocean Lakes?

The rally committee asks that the Rally Fees be paid in advance.
In asking for advanced payments, we can be certain to order the correct number of meals or other items that we need to purchase to support the number of folks coming to the rally.
There is a 30 day cutoff date at which point we will have made our final counts and everything will have been ordered.
There's no rush for folks to pay their rally fees but we enabled the payment page early to give folks adequate time to make their payments.

NEW
In order to facilitate the registration process the following change was made which we expect will save a lot of effort on the part of the rally attendees.
When registering online, pricing can be seen on the "Agenda" screen.
To make registering easier the Pilot and Co-Pilot categories have been merged and are now seen as Couple and Single Adult.
When registering as a couple, please put both first names into the First Name field under Personal Info. (Example: Bob & Mary)
For the 2014 National Rally Fees are:
· Couple (2 adults) $180.00
· Single Adult $90.00
· Extra Adult Person (18 or over) $90.00
· Student (age 7 to 17) $50.00
· Child (6 or less) Free
Medieval Times, which is an optional event that a member can sign up and pay for as part of the Online Registration process, is $42 per person.
The rally price includes all meals (5), morning coffee, ice cream social, entertainment, infrastructure costs and administrative costs. The Rally Schedule will be published soon.

Update
All,
Quick reminder that online registration has the following categories:
· Couple (2 adults)
· Single Adult
· Extra Adult Person (18 or over)
· Student (age 7 to 17)
· Child (6 or less)
When registering as a couple, please put both first names into the First Name field under Personal Info. (Example: Bob & Mary). Where there’s a choice, enter the primary person’s information into the remaining field(s). There is no need to complete a Personal Info record for the each person.
Medieval Times, which is an optional event that a member can sign up and pay for as part of the Online Registration process. To match up with the Couple and Individual person categories, there are two check boxes provided: one to purchase 2 tickets, and one to purchase 1 ticket.
iRV2 Screen Name – We are using the screen names you provide to match up the Attendee list to the Online Registration list. When completing the Personal Info fields, please enter the same screen name you provided when you initially posted or PM’ed us.
An updated Overview/Help document has been created and will be placed in Post # 1 shortly (if it hasn’t already been updated).

George, did Mike talk to you about the vendor who wants two spots? How do they book it?

Bob,
The help guide Mike posted, in thread titled: 2014 National Rally Fees via RegOnLine contains a help document, first page states:
"For the 2014 National Rally we will be using on-line registration software, provided by ActiveRegOnline,
This software provides a secure way for iRV2 members* and vendors to register for the rally, Medieval Times * (an optional event), and securely process a payment."
Thus far, two vendors have successfully registered using this procedure...

2014 Rally News and Announcements
It's a beautiful day in Myrtle Beach.
As seen from the Ocean Lakes beach.
"The Beach Front Pavilion."
Ocean Lakes pennants are constantly straight out as the trade winds come ashore in the afternoon.
This structure allows visitors to gaze out over Long Bay onto the Atlantic Ocean.
To the NE one begins to see the details of the row of hotels that comprise the primary tourist area of Myrtle Beach. The Springmaid Pier sits at the southern edge of the strip.
To the SE one can see the Garden City Pier and the Surfside beach front.
