Fleetwoodtom, Do you live in the Tampa area? We are in Lutz (just north of Tampa).

Please continue to try and contact the campground and ask for Mike. Please have your reservation confirmation available.

Please let the clerk in Nashville OR preferably "Mike" that you are with the iRV2 Group and that you have made an on-line reservation. If you allow the phone to ring through, reservations in Colorado picks up the phone and they are not the best contact person to talk to about the rally in Nashville.

Congratulations on having written your "1st Post" on iRV2.com!

There was discussion about this from an interested vendor however you only typically see an "A-Weigh-We-Go" as a vendor at rallies that will number in the several hundreds. The weighing is performed on the day that that folks are departing the rally using a pre-paid ticket.
At this time whether or not we will have a 4 corner weighing vendor has not been established. I would hope that the lack of this service would not hold you back from attending.

As a motorhome owner, I have used Interstate located CAT Scales which I found to be quite helpful. I get the weight of each axle, GVW, CW and weight of the trailer (Toad). CAT scales have 3 pads and are "certified."

It's do-able, but takes a concerted effort.

When my region hosted the 09, we had 4-corner weighing. I know it involved Joe renting the scales, pre-determining the route the rigs followed upon arrival (we had rigs weighed as they came in because this was the most accurate as they were loaded for "travel mode") & having a crew to help guide the rigs onto/off the scales. We had 46 rigs attend & I think every one got weighed.

I've kept our weight sheet numbers in our coach ever since.

Here's a photo of 007's rig getting weighed at check-in.

Hello to iRV2,
My name is Keith Hanson. My wife, Lynn, and I are joining the Ralley to Nashville. This is our first time doing something like this. We both are retired and live in Wisconsin. We purchased a 40 foot 2007 Monaco Diplomat in 2013. We took a trip to Kerrville, TX this past April with our Monaco and enjoyed living in our RV for that month.
We are looking foreword to meeting everyone at the 2015 iRV2 Ralley in Nashville coming up soon! Keith & Lynn Hanson of Menasha, WI

See ya in Nash Vegas

Good to see fellow Monaco owner coming to rally, my first irv2 rally seems like a great and informative group.

Hopefully you can find a way like other large RV rally's for those who live in Nashville. Keep working on it.

THanks

You're quite welcome and thanks for the feedback.

At FMCA Rallies, they control every aspect of their environment and they can direct registered attendees and guest traffic because they have the staff available to do so on a daily basis. For example, in Florida, I showed up at the SEA Rally in Brooksville (moved further south now) on day 3 and it cost $20 or so to park, I forget exactly the cost but the point is they were setup to have guests. To the benefit of the guest, there were approximately a hundred vendors on the property of all types and day pass guests got to do a lot of stuff.

Our rally is all about making friends, renewing old friendships, being together and sharing a common experience over a 6 day time period. In that spirit, come and join us and meet the family! It'll take a while, but it'll be worth it.

Still waiting to hear about being able to walk in for the day since we live in Nashville. Also, just a heads up, the free wifi isn't very good there. Could not connect half the time we were there this summer. If you have your own you are much better off.

fiddlesticks,

To the best of my knowledge, a daily attendance fee hasn’t been established.
