Do you have info on walk ins to see the vendors for those of us who live in Nashville. Eagerly awaiting your positive response. Good Sam can do it, you should too.....

Did it not say somewhere, that if we mentioned "hot deal" we would get a breakfast voucher? The campground said not with them...and acted like I had 2 heads lol. Did I not read that on this site somewhere? Maybe I dreamed it. Doris

When's the Ice Cream Social scheduled? I don't see it on the itinerary yet. I'm trying to make plans for an off-site trip on an open day, but I don't want to miss ice cream.

How is it one careless match can start a forest fire but it takes a whole box to start a campfire?

Early on there was a mention of that offer somewhere on this thread. When I called to make reservations, KOA told me that was a 'hot deal' that was no longer in effect. It was a KOA promotion not related to our rally.

It's difficult to book the Ice Cream Social BUT it won't be on Friday.

I'm still looking at the timeline and I'm trying to plug it in.

Hot Deal was a program that was established by the previous management team however the KOA has since changed managers and apparently that program was dropped by the current management.

I was and still am disappointed because it was in their older promotional materials. That's probably where we 1st saw it mentioned - now absent.

Thanks! Do we have access to a fridge/freezer at the KOA on site you could put the goodies in after purchase? That's what I did in 2013 - of course our mtg room had a kitchenette in it - that was lockable.

I know there's a kitchen however I don't know the status of the refrigerator. I'll find out on Thursday when I get there.

We are trying to pick a nite to head down to Broadway street for a night of music. I thought you and Dave maybe interested?

At first they said no. Then agreed if I paid the $10 cancelation fee and forfeited my koa discount I could cancel and then rebook. Of course I had only bought the koa card to get the discount, but it was still enough of a discount to make it worth it.

Many thanks to Mike & Colleen, George & Laraine, Bob & Denise, and everyone else who contributed to the success of the 2015 rally. We had a great time!
