We are now accepting 2017 iRV2 Rally registrations online!!!

Please be advised that online registrations are being accepted through August 17th, end of day.

For the 2017 iRV2 International Rally, registrations will be made through the Active On-Line Registration software.

This software provides a secure way for iRV2 members to register for the rally and securely process a payment. The software is configured to register a Single Adult (18 or over), Couple (2 Adults), Adult Guest (18 or over), Students (age 7 to 17), and Children (6 or less). Additionally, you can book Wednesday’s Showboat Branson Belle Dinner Cruise (an optional event $$$).

For 2017, the rally fees are: $144 per adult, $60 per school aged minor, and children under 7 are free.

*** CAMPGROUND RESERVATIONS MUST BE BOOKED SEPARATELY ***

Please book your campground reservation directly with the Branson KOA by calling Ms. Angie Dickerson, Manager, "ONLY" at (417) 334-4414. Be sure to let Ms. Angie know that you are attending the iRV2 rally. If Ms. Angie is not immediately available, ask to be placed into her voice mail and she will call you back.

Important Note:

If you can’t connect to Reg Online using Internet Explorer, it most likely isn’t your PC.

Symptom:
Using Internet Explorer, you get an “Unable to open….” Or a “Page cannot be
displayed” error message.

Fix:
From your computer, Access Reg Online using Google Chrome or Firefox.

If you don’t already have Google Chrome or Firefox on your computer, please down load and install either one, both are free Web browsers. Helpful URLs:

2017 Online Rally Registration - Quick Reference Guide

1. Start a new registration – Copy and Paste the URL listed below into either MS Edge, Google Chrome or Firefox to access the Active On-Line Registration sign in screen:

Enter and verify your email address, then ‘click’ the Continue button to proceed to the next screen/page.

Please be advised that online registrations are being accepted through
August 17th, end of day.

2. Personal Information Page – This page is for the registration of iRV2 members, family, and guests.

A total of six people can be registered on this page.

Note: A “*” indicates required field, valid data must be entered into these fields.

Once the Personal Information fields are completed, ‘click’ the Continue button to proceed to the next screen/page.

3. Rally and Event Fees Page – Please select the appropriate Rally Fee(s), and book Wednesday’s Branson Belle Dinner Cruise (an $optional$ event).

Once the appropriate Rally and Event Fee(s) have been selected, ‘click’ the Continue button to proceed to the next screen/page.

Note: Please book your campground reservation directly with the Branson KOA by calling Ms. Angie Dickerson, Manager, at (417) 334-4414.


4. T-Shirt Page – This year a Branson Rally T-Shirt is being provided to each registered adult. Please select your size from the drop down list.

T-Shirts are provided at no additional cost (Sorry, only one T-Shirt per person).

Once your selection(s)have been entered, ‘click’ the Continue button to proceed to the next screen/page.

5. Checkout Page – This page lets you:

· Review the high level Primary Registrant Detail (only the Primary Registrant data is shown at this time).
· Review Fees description(s) (ex: 2 Adults), verifying the correct headcount and total fees.
· Create an Account by entering and confirming a Password
· View Payment Method, Credit Card is the software default and cannot be changed.
· Enter Billing Information. This section provides a secure method to process your rally fee payment. Enter your payment information into the fields provided.
· Review the Refund Policy.

‘Click’ the Finish button to complete the registration and payment process.

6. Confirmation Page – This page lets you know your registration is complete and that a confirmation has been sent to your email address. It also provides a summary of the Registration details.

NOTE: You cannot edit any of the data displayed on the Confirmation Page.

Congratulations, you’ve completed your Online Rally Registration!

Thank you for asking… We're not set up to handle a walk-in program for daily attendees and therefore haven't established a daily attendance fee.
