Wil there be service techs or Newmar service techs at the rally.

We are in the process of booking 2 types of service techs; automotive and coach body.

I'm pretty sure that we will not have factory Newmar Techs at our rally.

IMHO; That's a task that is best accomplished at a competent manufacturer's dealership, on flat floor, by a certified tech.

We will actually be there during this time next door at Lakewood Camping Resort. Is it possible to join in on some of the activities and festivities without staying at the campground for the entire week?

Hi,

While we don't offer a daily rate, you can attend the rally without staying at OL. You simply complete an online registration. I believe OL will require you to pay the $5 daily entrance...

Hope to see you at the rally....

I will be bringing my accordion. If anybody has a banjo, guitar, harmonica, washboard, or any other kind of instrument, maybe we can get together and have a sing-a-long.

Don't try to take a motorcycle in that campground - not allowed. A non starter for me.

Well, "...in that campground - not allowed." is not totally factual.

The park policy says that any gasoline powered motorcycle or 3wheeler may not run the engine within the park:
https://www.oceanlakes.com/about-us/...ycle-policies/

ICE powered bikes and 3wheelers may be pushed, trailered, or towed to your spot.

Electric powered bikes and scooters appear to be OK.

Thanks for posting this detail

We have golf carts and sturdy ropes and we are able to pull your bike back and forth to the main gate.

There are dozens of bike drivers that leave their bikes in the front of the park in a dedicated area. They just don't want motorized bikes in the park driving around. The park established this rule many years ago and it must have been from a bad experienced that was realized by the staff.

During bike week the front lot easily has over a hundred bikes in the front lot and they welcome your business.
