Attending rally for the first time

Hi all, not sure how to PM sorry but wanted to let you know my wife Karen and I will be in attendance for the rally this is our 1st ,any advice on what to do next?
I will be available to volunteer although being a veteran they say never volunteer LOL we booked site I 69 gave deposit today and will be paying in full so hope to be set up early and available for volunteer duty just let me know.
also I am going to try to figure out how to get on list for the pirates show and the battleship lunch any info or help appreciated, I thought I saw something about golf not much of a golfer but always could use a good laugh have my own clubs and all use to hack away years ago
