I am pleased to report that our bus transportation to Colonial Williamsburg has been secured by reservation.

The bus will arrive in Bethpage at 08:00 Hrs (8:00am) and will depart promptly at 08:30 (8:30am) for Williamsburg.

There are currently 30 persons who have purchased tickets. There is room for 25 more at which point the bus will be sold out. We have a 55 passenger bus.

I would encourage you, that if you are interested at all in going to Colonial Williamsburg to please get your ticket and bus reservations in now while there is room. I do not expect that we will have to get a 2nd bus at this time but I hope that we can sell out the 1st bus. If there is an over whelming need for a 2nd bus, I believe we can get one that will seat a lot less people.

The tickets for the attraction will be waiting for us at the gate and those will be given to you as soon as we get there.

We don't have group plans for lunch since there are a few different options and I did not want to nail anyone down to a specific restaurant. Some folks might want a sit down lunch while others may only want something more on-the-fly if they are too busy visiting.

Our carrier is:
Newton Bus Service, Inc.
6838 Belroi Road
Gloucester, VA 23061
804-693-2521

We will begin loading between 15:00 (3:00pm) and 15:30 (3:30pm) with a departure shortly thereafter. Our ETA back to Bethpage is 16:30 (4:30pm).

The bus driver is accepting tips on arrival at Bethpage. A hat or jar will be made available. (Thank you)

I expect that we will all have a good time at a leisurely pace. There isn't any clock to punch once you get there and please take your time and enjoy the day.
