The countdown to the National Rally has begun! I, for one, am ready to hit the road to Perrin!

The catered meals have been ordered, the site assignments are being worked on...and worked on....and worked on...all the details are being attended to!

IT'S JUST TIME TO GO!

I'll be opening a new thread this week for the Potluck Breakfast and Potluck Supper signups...is there anyone who would like to take over this area? Just requires daily checking and updating!!!!

You got the job Miss Barbara

It really is easy enough for everyone to just look on one thread - even though it is L-O-N-G - to see what's needed, post what they'll bring and you can update every day!

I would think getting it up under a new discussion in this NR section by June 15th would give everyone time to sign up!

If not....I know where they live!!! Aren't I ornery!!!

Just to be fair.. all first time at IRV2 National rigs should be treated equally as newbies.. and be open for tours..

Joe =

I think you're right! There'll be a good group of folks who have new or new-to-them rigs....who doesn't want to show them off and allow us to drool!

And those of us with not-so-brand new still like to show ours off too!

I'm having to tweek the schedule to get everything in for the week - how about if I set aside a morning for a RIG SHOW-OFF time! We've done that at past Nationals and really works well!

AND... If there's a time slot for it, we only have to keep the rig clean for that period only

Leave your outdoor light on by the front steps if you're available to show off your rig....wouldn't be a bad idea to have a pitcher of cold ice tea for the guests either!!!

Let me see where I can insert into the schedule and I'll get back to ya'll on this thread!!!

FIRESTARTER NEEDED! FIRESTARTER NEEDED!

I need a couple of guys who can start the big event grill on Monday night for the Grill Out Night. Wood is provided, the grill is right beside the rally building.

Everyone coming will cook their own meat, but I need a couple of guys to get the fire started and tend it while everyone is grilling.

If you can help, PLEASE reply post here to sign up for the job!

Sandy, I can help with the FAR, as long as there is plenty of "refreshments" to keep me cool.

Ken -

I figure there's going to be lots of refreshments around! Thanks for volunteering! I'm sure we can "rustle up" another couple of helpers for you too!

Mitchell has a HUGE "event" grill right by the rally building that will probably cook up half the meat at once!
