This week I'm working on site assignments to send to the rv park for confirmation/approval...
gotta make sure I get the right rig in the right spot with all things considered

There is a good group of us coming in early - a couple on Friday and more arriving on Saturday to get everything set up well ahead of time for the Sunday arrivals.

IF you think you might come in early, please let me know so the RV park can have your site ready for early arrival.

Arrangements have been made with the park to have early arrivals stop by the office when you get there and settle up with them directly for the extra night(s).

Here's a list of the Friday/Saturday arrivals that I have so far...
Browns, Rupps, Creekmores, Cadolas, Finlays, Spade, Olsons, Krylowiczs', Fergusons, Wrights, Allens, Normans. Yoders, Blairs, Montgomerys and Ridalls

Sandy

FULL RALLY PAYMENTS ARE DUE!
There are a couple of attendees signed up that needs to make full payment (unless arrangements have already been made with me) so I can get your name on the pile of "lists" here on my desk!

list of attendee payments
list of arrivals/departures
list of meals for the caterer
lists, lists, and a few more lists!!!

By the rally we should have our new Trailer which is 30 ft long and 2 slides. One living and one bedroom.

I think i still have the 26 ft info on the list here.

Since they are both new since the last rally we attended, dose that mean mine and yours too?

I think as hot as it will be in July, I will arm myself with a pair of 45 caliber Super Soaker water guns and be gunning for the Pink 'Dillo. We'll Bar-B-Que that critter...Texas Style.

Bring your finest pink clothes so that we can get in the Book of World records with the most pink chicken imitators doing the Chicken dance.

It will be a really good idea to crank the A/C down as low as you can get it before the tour crowd arrives. The lower temperature will tend to keep the drooling down to a minimum.

Don, I guess you got yours cleaned up Ok from the slobber and run crowd?
