I can't set anything up from Arizona, but I keep seeing folks talk about golf. So to help Don get a idea how many folks are interested lets get a list started.

So to start it off I am interested in playing golf between rides in the Smokey's on my Motorcycle and tours. So thats 1 for golf. Now who else?

Now all we need is someone to be the "Mastermind" or "Head up" the outing....

I am sure that the ones who would like to play "Pasture Pool" can find a place (Time) in the schedule of events for this. Let Richard or I know when and I'll add it to the schedule.

You can count me in on golf also, be a shame not to play while we are there.
I will be glad to help out where possible.

I did some checking for courses in the area, there is one local course in Sevierville and some other nice ones from what I see around the area within 30 miles from where we would be. When I have more time away from work I can post the web sites if you wish. I will do some more checking when I can. It appears the prices are all about the same range 30-35 bucks for the weekday with cart. Most tee times can be made 30 days out with credit card.
It looks like that Wed. there was something built in for golf or fishing . Tee times would be easier to make once we get some idea of how many want to play. Let me know how I can further help.

Steve

Steve,

I'll jump in here regarding your offer to help.

Don is in dire need for a person to head this up, call it a Committee Chairman if you will. Since you've already got into the planning I'll ask you, in Don's behalf, if you will take charge of this event and do all the planning, organizing, promotion, etc.?

What say! Do I hear a "yea"??

NOW were cookin!!!!!

Thanks yall for "Takin the bull by the horns" and gettin it on a roll.

But I won't be playin. The folks that take care of whatever course yall play on will be thankful! The folks who sell the golf balls will not be as happy. The folks playing on the course will be a LOT safer too...

The last time I TRIED to play was NOT pretty. (I STINK with a golf club in my hands)
