As a coordinator of such a large event, there is no doubt that your time has been filled with very busy work. Although I check my PM's and emails regularly and track these post with interest, somehow, someway, yours has escaped my attention. I will search through all the communique and see if there was one I could have missed.
I appreciate your help and your hard work in getting this event organized and your untiring attempts to accommodate late registrants such as myself.
I will try and find your phone number so I may briefly touch base with you prior to the rally.
Thanks again for your efforts.
BTW: My "notifications" is still set to "ON"
UPDATE: I stopped by Riverside Plantation today and spoke with the ladies in the office. Very nice folks I may add. They suggested I speak with Erin next Tuesday about any particulars about the rally since she is the one who coordinates the group functions.
They allowed me to tour the facility. I hadn't seen the property since they built the CG years ago. The CG is a very nice venue for a rally. There are a diverse number of sites. Ones at the river, ones with or without pads and/or patios, some open sites and a lot of shaded sites. All the interior roads are two way instead of the one-way encountered at most other CG's.
I want to make sure that any fee's associated with my participation at the rally are addressed. To better ascertain that financial responsibility, I will need to know what fees are expected and to whom those funds will go.
I was unable to locate that information within the post and subsequent threads about the rally.
Thank you for your continued patience and the patience of all who are assisting you in this difficult organizational challenge.
