It's getting closer!

I can't believe it's only 3 months until the Rally. I can hardly wait, it's going to be such a good time!!

Thanks to all of you that've registered. We've got a great turnout so far. I can't believe how many are coming from PA. It looks like the whole state is comin' . And what a great number of members coming from the SE & SCntrl states. How wonderful!

With just 2-1/2 weeks left until final payments are due, I'm sending a final SHOUT OUT to any regions with members sitting on the fence. Come on OH members, you can't get a rally any closer than in your own home state. Let's not get out numbered fellow Buckeyes.

I'd just love us to get at least 1 member from each region attending. I know it's a long way to drive for some, but how neat would it be to be able to have all our regions represented at this year's Rally? The facilities at Evergreen Park are truely top notch & the staff are really looking forward to having us.

So, if any of you are still thinking about attending, now's the time to commit. The Pond Piggies have been working overtime these past 9 months to be sure that each & everyone of you will enjoy yourselves & take back home wonderful memories. So, won't you Join us at the 2009 iRV2 Rally in Ohio?

Since I made this post, I went back & looked through the 08 Rally posts. A lot of members couldn't go because it was either too far, too hot, gas prices too high or it conflicted with the GNR.

Although it's moved farther east this year, which, for our members out west IS farther, it's now within easy driving distance for anyone in the N Cntrl, Mid Atlantic, Northeast & even some Canada Regions. So come on over!

I can pretty much assure you it won't be 100-degrees in mid-June in OH. You might even need a light jacket at night. Come on over.

Gas prices are about half what they were last summer. Even with the normal summer driving season hikes coming, I can't believe we'd be paying anywhere near what we paid for gas last year. It's a bargain this year, so, come on over.

No GNR anywhere near our June dates. No other rally, so....come on over.

Now that I've addressed a majority of the issues from last year's Rally, to quote a phrase any Ohio resident has seen on our roads:

As Lori said, we have been working hard at putting together a great rally for our members this year. We think we have a complete package to offer you. A great campground, a great area of the country, great tours and entertainment, great people to visit with. Oh yea, A GREAT TIME!!!!

They're really starting to come in now. If you haven't signed up yet for the rally yet, you really should do so soon.

The rally team is working hard to make this event a great success so come on and Join in the Fun
