Arrow Late Breaking News & Changes

For all persons attending the National Rally please keep checking back here for late breaking changes and or additions.

Please also look for notices to be posted in the lobby of the recreation center as you enter.

Volunteers are needed to accomplish different tasks such as parking and stuffing goody bags are needed. We would ask for you to meet up at the open pavillion in the campground at approximately 2pm. This is the place where we will have a number of activities this week including our campfires. I understand that there might be a pizza party afterward.

Late breaking rally info !!!!!

The rally commitee will be putting the rally goody bags together and are looking for members to help. We will be doing this in the conference center, the exact time is yet to be determined. Tracy and I have to move our site sometime and want to wait until we've moved to start... So long story short, we will start around 2-3 pm and it should take a couple hours.... Check with us at site 123 before then if you want to help..
Thanks D

We hope to be there before 2 PM on Sunday so if we are not delayed we can come and help.

Just been informed that GaryKD had a Heart Attack and had a 5 Bypass operation.
He is in the area of the Rally.
Our prayers are with him and Karen.

REGISTRATION BEGINS at 12:00pm in the Pavillion Building at the end of Mayor Road at the south side of the campground.

115 or so Goody Bags were packed to day by a team of volunteers. Pizza and beverages were served immediately curtousy of our Rally master, Dickson & Tracy.

Posted on facebook; We just had a pre-rally show featuring Elvis & Dolly Parton. Everyone had a fun time outside in the Pavillion building not too far from our campsite. Registration begins tomorrow at noon until 4:00pm in the Pavillion. Look for the iRV2 Registration sign. We expect to park approximately 100 rigs tomorrow using 2 golf carts. Goody bags will be given when checking in. Our vendors will also begin setting up in the afternoon in the Conference Center before our Welcome Social.

Please Note:
  1. The Conference Center (CC) is the large, air conditioned steel enclosed building at the North end of the facility with the large parking lot.
  1. The Pavilion is an open sided structure at the South side of the facility with picnic tables on Mayor Road. (Bring your garbage - dumpsters are located closeby and there a bathhouse just across the street.
Well it looks like the rain will hold off somewhat with only a 30% chance today so parking should go well.

Monday and Tuesday are promised to be super soakers according to local weather reports with anything from 1 to 4 inches possible. Monday is an inside day at the Conference Center.

TODAY: "Registrations" All registrations will occur at the Pavillion and will begin at 12:00p. Please note that there will be signup sheets for Golf, Scrapbooking, and the Financial round table.

Those persons wanting to organize a travel event to a show or to a dinner outside the campground should drop off a signup sheet. Signups will be taken today during registrations and they will also be available at the Welcome Social & Breakfast at the CC.

Concluding Parking and Registrations and beginning at 6:00p this evening, you are welcome to come to the Conference Center for "Soup & Sandwiches"

Monday morning starts us off with a "Full Breakfast" and you are welcome to begin seating by 7:30. Beverages should be ready by then. Breakfast will be served from 8:00a to 9:00a. (Umbrella parking is available.)

Seminars will be presented all day, check your schedule. Beverages, coffee, etc. are going to be available all day long on the beverage station.

On Tuesday we have seminars (2), Scrapbooking and a financial round table. Of course since it's going to be raining, bring board games and or cards and feel free to use the Conference Center all day long. I believe that the beverage station will be open on Tuesday as well.

Monday Beverages are sponsored by:

Alliance Coach of Wildwood, Florida

I know we're starting off wet & wild but beginning on Wednesday according to forecasters the weather should be nice for the remainder of the week. So if you are planning day trips, Wednesday through Friday should be your best bet.
