I just wanted to let you know that we just received packages from 3 shippers today, Durabond, Air Lift & Workhorse. UPS, FEDEX and the USPS brought us stuff for our rally today. I have a large compartment in our motorhome but if the responses are like they were in 2010 - I'm going to need help hauling this stuff up to Virginie! 
I sent out 94 letters to RV companies that we know and I hope that we get some good responses. So far so good!
You can see who has already given us stuff by looking at the Attendees, Vendors & Sponsors discussion. Look toward the bottom of the list for Vendors & Seminars and Sponsors.
We are going to make up about 100 Goodie bags on Saturday and I'm counting on the early arrival folks (volunteers) to help.  Volunteers will be bribed with Pizza.

I have everything other than 2 large boxes in the belly of the beast.  Our below floor level storage compartment is stuffed.  I packed and re-packed the compartment using a ruler and re-orienting just about all the boxes. I don't think anyone could have got them any tighter,
We are now beginning to pack stuff inside the cabin. Thank God that all these boxes are not filled with bricks. I hope that we don't need to use the couch or the dinette. 
Our rolling storage trailer in the form of a Saturn Vue is also going to be stuffed as well!
We still have to bring "our stuff" too. I need to find a place for coolers and our chairs.
Bad News is that more stuff is still in the pipeline ....  It not so much weight but cubic feet that's killing me!
