Ken, I expect that a new thread will be posted formally announcing the 2011 National Rally no later than Wednesday, January 19th. I hope that we can close this one down at that time.

I hope this helps. We want to encourage members to continue to give ideas on dates/locations for future Nationals but we don't want multiple threads. I made the title more generic so discussions can continue & now DriVer can have "2011 National Rally" for his official announcement.

Dave - That's the same double booth they had at The Rally in Lousiville last summer. I spent several minutes talking about the facilities & what was nearby with the rep on duty. It sure looks like a nice place & I'm looking forward to the 2011 iRV2.com National Rally there.

Ok Mike,the 19th has passed-what happened to the "official 2011 rally post"????

I can speculate and come up with a number however it may not be accurate. It is taking me more time than I expected to trim and fine tune pricing. I am not going with the first deal that is placed on the table. This is not my first dance and I want to make sure that when this event is announced I won't have to change or add stuff.

At this point I am waiting from input from the vendors that are supporting the rally. It's like being in the Army but not with the hurry-up just the waiting part.

The dates and the site plans are confirmed. You can go ahead and book a reservation if you want to directly with the resort. The reservation fee is one day's camping.
