Diane and Tom - Dave and JoAnn-
I've asked Barbara to change the menu to reflect a more tradional signup that people can handle. Trying something new doesn't always work. Hope you will reconsider and signup to come!

the menu posted above is better - sorry for the confusion!
Sandy

Thanks Sandy, but we'll still pass on breakfast,we are night owls and therefore sleep late and don't like that big a breakfast anyway.

Sorry would like to make a change on what I'm bringing for supper,I'm not use to cooking in high altitudes and decided to go with a desert instead. I'm making a No Bake Cherry Custard Cake that is 12 servings and will also make another dessert to go with it to be sure there is plenty. Thanks and I promise I won't change my mind again!!!!!!

Not a problem, Dianne. I can change it easily. People may get to Williams and find something to bring that they like better and I can even change it there.

Just to help clarify and remind everyone, We will be having about 68 folks attending a few of which are smaller children. We are not looking for you to make full serving of your great dishes for everyone. Just a bit more then a sampling, think about it if 30 folks make enough food for 60 people we will be eating for several days. One more thing I would like to ask, is everyone make a little sign for your dish, name of dish ingredients (for those whom might have allergic reactions to certain things) and of course your name so we know who to find to ask for the recipe.

Next thing for those worried about the time, remember Arizona never changes times and if your from east TX there is a 2 hour time difference right now and I think the time change will happen before the rally and then it will be 1 hour. all times for the rally will be Arizona time. Time to get back to working on fun time.

See y'all soon.
