This is only a tentative copy. I expect that over the next couple of weeks some items may get changed or moved around a bit so please check back. Therefore this schedule is subject to change.

The FINAL version as of September 17, 2012 will be printed and there will be one included in your “Welcome Bag.” Your welcome bag is a specifically made souvenir 12x12 vinyl bag made for us by Coastline Cover Company. Inside the bag you will find all the important stuff like your ID tags and holders and door prize tickets, a scratch off (door prizes), a “new” iRV2.com sticker, etc.

The welcome bag is not the “Goody Bag.” We will try to get out the goody bags as soon as you check in if possible however we will make sure every effort to get you one. Please come by the registration tent on site Sycamore 03 to register and pickup your rally materials.

When you drive into the facility, drive to end of the entry road (the wall) and take a left hand turn. Drive about 100 yards or so and someone will greet you and bring you to your site. If you are in a camping cottage, take a right and go directly to the registration office.

Once you are parked, please finish your business with the campground registration office or no later than Monday morning.

(*) Please refer to the Pot Luck Dinner listings to see which Group you are in. The Bethpager will seat up to 44 persons. The loading, trip and unloading takes about 1.5 Hrs.

Excellent! Wait until you see all the stuff that I crammed into a Winnebago 38G! It reminds me of a "Clown Bus!"
