Shelly,

Can ya move my coleslaw to under the toppings heading? The kind I'm bringing is the ultra-fine shred for those that want to make WV (i.e. southern) slaw dogs. It can be used as a side, but is intended more for a hot-dog topping.

Thanks!

How is it one careless match can start a forest fire but it takes a whole box to start a campfire?

I never heard of 'em until I met my husband. His family is from WV (Belle/Charleston area). I used to think the only topper for a hot dog was stadium mustard & onions. Boy, I didn't know what I was missing until I got slaw put on it. Have you ever heard of a hillbilly dog? There's a tiny drive-in in Shreve, OH that sells 'em: hot dogs, topped with chili & slaw. Now, I can't stop puttin' slaw on stuff....goes on sloppy joes, bbq-beef & pulled-pork sandwiches. Mmmm, mmmm good.

I just might have to double up on the slaw I'm bringing to the Rally if there's folks that bring crock pots w/some of the other sandwich fixin's to the Tues dinner.
