Beau,

That sounds like a great idea. Some things are better the 2nd time around.

As with any potluck, there's lots of food not eaten up & I'm sure most folks don't want to have to eat it for days on end themselves or have to haul it all the way back home (only to transfer it to a home fridge where it gets shoved to the back, forgotten & eventually goes bad....ask me how I know that ). Plus, with the use of the pavillion, it'd be easly for folks to set up again for round 2.

I vote you in charge for leftover night!

How is it one careless match can start a forest fire but it takes a whole box to start a campfire?

The 2009 iRV2 Rally is in less than 2 weeks. If you haven't had a chance to sign up for the pot luck meals yet, please take a few moments this week and go through your recipes and decide what foods you will be bringing to the meals. I can't wait to see everyone at the Rally.

There was an exception to the "lots of food not eaten" at the National in Pa.a few years back. Our side of the building was the last to eat and there wasn't hardly anything left to eat! Saw many people bringing in a small bowl and a big family so not enough to go around-first time I remember that happening though. Don't think that will be the case this time!

It sure looks like we are gonna eat real well in Ohio. Please put us down for an Antipasta Salad on Monday night, and Kielbasa and Saurkraut on Tuesday night. See you all real soon, safe travels.

Thanks!

Rally meals signup....

Hi Shelly & Michelle,

Thanx for the 'reminder'....

How about for the Monday meal we bring along some special dessert poundcake.

And for Tuesday's dinner I'll make some 'original' Ukranian kapusta -- a hearty fried cabbage, meat & nut dish.

Take care & see you next week!
