Rally Virtually sold out!!

The campground has informed Tracy and I that we have only 1 or 2 sites 50 amp sites left. They are giving us 5 3Oamps sites to accommodate late registrations.

PLEASE

if we have contacted you or you think you are registered and paid but your name is not on the attendee list, we need to hear from you. Our email is tblanton663@hotmail.com. Sites that are reserved at the campground but the rally fees are not paid by Sept lst ( we have explained this to many members) will lose their site reservations to members that have paid their rally fees and are waiting for a site. We do not want to have any members miss this rally... So again....PLEASE respond to Emails and PM's

Tracy and
I have worked many long hours to make this rally a great value, and the members have responded.. This will be a record setting turn out!

Just out of curiosity, what's the breakdown of registered attendees using 50 amp vs 30 amp currently?

I asked the campground that also and they were not sure. Last time I spoke with them we had 2 50amps available and 5 30 amps (one member has already gone in the 30 amps and needs some company ). If any one needs 50 amp and can only get 30 could put a thread asking someone to change with them that runs on 30amp but figure it will not be too hot in September that 30 amp should work out for most.

Ellen and I wish we could be with you guys again this year, but just was not meant to be.

This IS fantastic! Kudo's to Dickson & Tracy & their crew for all their hard work pulling this together. Having been on the hosting end of a National, I know what they've gone through. I'm SO looking forward to attending. Let's have a party.

How is it one careless match can start a forest fire but it takes a whole box to start a campfire?

UPDATE .... As of today we have 3 30 amp sites... We still have 8 reservations from members (?) we have not heard from, so we could have more sites open up. We do not want anyone to be left out. So on Sept. 2nd. if we have not received payment and info from the 8 unknowns we will release those sites. If you are interested and want to come PLEASE PM me or Tracy (Wyldfire) and we will keep you on our waiting list.
Thanks you for your support of this great on line forum.... D

Tracy good job, hard work often goes unappreciated, so a big pat on the back from Kate and myself. Oh, and a big hug when I get there and meet you! Jim
