I have you listed on Thursday's Schedule as a "Tour".
We will have sign-up sheets during Sunday's Welcoming Social or at the Registration Desk. This will give you an idea how big of a gang you'll have.

 Frank and I would like to go to the Mariners Museum. We aren't bringing our car this trip so would it be possible to hitch a ride with someone??

We'll get you there, not to worry. "Riders" ( should) chip in for gas.

We'll make an announcement about the tours during the course of the evening. If at any time you want to go (before Thursday) and you didn't get on the sign-up sheet, just let me know.
