For our Amateur Radio members, I have arranged for a tour and visit to the Ten Tec factory on Weds, July 19, 2006 at 9:00 AM.

Ten Tec manufacturers amateur radio equipment and is likely the last manufacturer in the USA to do so.

We will car pool from the Rally campground at 8:45 AM. It is a short ride to the Ten Tec factory.

I would like to do the tour if it works out with other activities schedules. I've had a technician license (KB8VVI) since 1994 but have never owned a radio. We have an amateur radio lab in my department at the University of Dayton. We have some Ten Tec equipment in our lab. I've provided the technical support for the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department for the past 16 years.

OK yall I removed it from the "Schedule of events".

I did this due to it only effecting a FEW folks.

Just like the motorcycle rides.

I am trying to keep the schedule from becoming cluttered with "Side trips/activities" being made by small groups of folks.

Keep the schedule for things that effect everyone.

Thanks YAll,

Don
