A question has come up about the "Rally Fees." The $157.34 although initially listed as a "meal plan", it is better described as the rally fee.

I just wanted to let you know what some of the expenses are:.

What the Rally Fee includes:

Food & Beverages;
Welcoming Social
Full Breakfast
Country Style Dinner
Entertainment (trio of guys)
Pop Corn, Beverages & Movie Evening
All the Friday activities (4)
  • golf (Mini Golf)
  • boat ride (Bethpager)
  • ice cream (cone or cup)
  • hay ride (transportation)
Optional: Williamsburg Tour
Tickets
Transportation

Bottled water, soda
Coffee
Gallons of water for coffee
Cups
Sweeteners & Cream
Juices
Ice
Donuts & Confections
Plates, disposable
Utensils
Napkins
Firewood
Condiments as required

Rally Expenses; (your share)
Golf Cart (parking crew)
ID Name Tags (REQUIRED for all events and meals)
Rally souvenir
Table cloths, round tables
Table cloths, square tables
Table decorations
Rally Banners
Signs
Letter Paper
Envelopes
Postage
Ink Cartridges
Etc.

Although the meals are a major part of the rally experience; There are necessary expenses that are required in order to provide the attendees with a first class event like a National Rally.

If you have any questions at all please send me a private mail or respond to this thread.

I will have an Rally Schedule up shortly detailing the dates, times and events for the week.

Meal or Rally fee has already been paid, and I think it is a bargin.

We are making a run out to Boerne, Texas to the Texas Boomers Labor Day rally this coming weekend. A good chance to check everything out before pulling out and heading to the North East. Looking forward to the rally.

I paid my rally fees back in May, and having put a few smaller rallies together myself, I had no problems paying the fee. It could of been twice that, and I would of paid it. Why, because my wife said so!

I've figured out that "I Love You" don't hold a candle to "yes, dear".

Going out for Labor Day Weekend, then week after that, Oil Change, Tire Rotation, Trans Service, Lunch with Dickson and wife, then leave for the Rally.
