1973 HR 200 travel trailer noobi

I am going to become the proud owner of a "rough" 73 HR travel trailer. I don't know much about it yet. Model 200 on the title. Tandem axle. Not sure of length. As soon as I get possession I will try to post photos. Exterior appears to have been painted with a broom and flakey latex. No dents or obvious external damage. Interior is filled with boxes and trash. Stove, fridge, potty, are all present. And the interior needs a lot of work. Doesn't appear to have water damage.

Any info you'll have on do's and dont's, Tips and pitfalls, would be appreciated.

Not sure what these trailers are worth. So I don't know how much to put into it.

It sounds like your in for a fun adventure. It'll be great times ahead working on your new purchase. If you attack it with the right frame of mind it'll fun. When you make your first trip with it you can take some satisfaction in knowing you did it. Good luck and safe trouble free travels.
