1977 Itasca C27A, new to RVs

Got a 1977 Itasca C27A for $2400.
I put a 10 cu ft electric refrigerator in it to replace the SIBIR that was inoperative for $450.
Replaced the leaking water heater with Atwood current version of the original GC6, but has electric heat as well as propane and engine block heat. That was another $470.
I need a replacement faucet for the bathroom sink. I replaced all the gaskets and seals in the other two sinks and shower.
The air conditioning works good, but real noisy.
The electric heater output on the rooftop AC seams to be low. Do I need to replace the heater element?
I still have to check the range and furnace for operation.
My 16 year old son and I had to find a place quick after my relationship fell apart after 4 years, her retaining the house & property. So we used his car find to buy the motor home. He says, "Hey, it will make moving out on my own easy, just drive away!" such an optimist, that one!
