Question 1987 Tioga by Fleetwood

Bought an 87 tioga for four wheeling as i don't like sleeping in tent as much as i used to when younger. It has a ford 460 in it . The guy i bought it from took all the polution stuff off. Starts and runs, but when you start driving after a couple of minutes it dies. A little while will start again run and shut off again. Read some of your forums and i think it is either a vacuum problem or not enough fuel pressure. Been awhile since i messed with older engines.

I had the same symptoms in older class C Edson and it was a plugged fuel filter, the one that screws into the carb body. I replaced it and all was good.
