2nd time RVing

I'm Katherine and hubby is Duane. We got our first RV in 2003, moved to Indiana to deliver RVs. I lasted only 9 months, hubby a little longer. Then we lived in it for awhile on the Sacramento delta, then moved to Reno and lived in it for 2 years, then gave it back to the bank when we moved into a house. Now, looking at retirement, I found a great deal on a very old one - 1988 Coachmen Catalina Class C. It has 53,000 miles and good tires. Otherwise it is decent but no beauty. I came back on this site to look for recommendations for a generator since this one has none, and also on how to make her pretty again.

Does it have a bay setup for a generator or are you wanting to get a standalone generator?

Glad to have you here with us in the forum.

If you're looking for a stand alone you c an't go wrong with a Honda. While they are not the lowest cost genny, they are very quiet and reliable.

Happy Trails!!!
