Question 4-5 year RVing hiatus

I am getting back into RVing after a 4-5 year hiatus, I am getting the popup camper ready for use over the Labor Day Weekend. I have a Jayco J-Series 806, it has a Carson Power Pack CP-06FK-2. When I plugged in the camper to a power supply the power pack hums. I do get power to the outlets but the interior and exterior lights do not work. I checked the bulbs, they were good. I can't figure it out.

I talked to the dealer, it was just a switch on the converter. It was off.

This thread is from 2009. I guess the OP took another hiatus.
