4-year camper new to forums

Hi all. After poking in and out of forums from time to time, I decided to take the plunge and join one! My father is on here somewhere, and recommended irv2 as the one to join if I didn't feel like monitoring 15 different ones. Who has time for that?

Anyway, I am in the process of upgrading from a Jag 28' TT to a Silverback 35QB, and we are very excited. An 8-year old boy wanting to take friends camping and a 12-year old Dalmatian that will out live all of us pushed us to the bigger unit. We're NJ based and generally have stayed in the Northeast, but looking to expand the range with the larger unit. Looking forward to the renewed excitement for rv'ing, and learning what I can from this site as a new fifthwheel owner. Also hoping to hit some Nascar events soon!
