We bought our Fifth wheel new at the end of 2010 in the UK. Despite real difficulties with the agent we love the unit. We tow with an Isuzu Rodeo 3ltr. We are currently on a 6.5 month tour of Europe. The rig is much more stable than a regular caravan when towing and the only challenges so far have been finding sites with pitches large enough for us. You can follow us if you want to on my blog: leolaj.blogspot.com. We are currently in Sweden having been to Luxembourg, Holland, Germany, and Denmark. Still to go are: Several stops in Germany, Czech Republic, Austria, Croatia, Italy, Switzerland and France.

Any feedback from others who have taken big rigs to these countries would be most welcome. Our 5er is a Denali Dutchman - it is just over 9m long. Any recommendations for big pitch campsites in Berlin, Croatia (around Split probably) Naples, Milan and Geneva would great.

Leonielaj;
