48 year old farmer in Missouri near Branson and Springfield MO. Kids are big enough if we are going to go to lake and have fun better go before they are growna and gone.

So the alfalfa and beef cattle farmer and a new hobby......LOL
Bought a 1982 Suncruiser with a 6.2 L diesel engine. 59 K on it. Only thing I have reall work on are two things..leak damage at vent in back in ceiling of bathroom and the sawdust board the the refrigerator sits on is bad. Hoping to find some info on fixing both things on here and Google. Guy I bought it from had it full of diesel and propane! Now if every tractor I had bought was like that.

I also sell wood heaters all over the USA and enjoy just visiting with different people. I think we will probably never go over 200 miles from home in the "Bandit" but we will have fun. It is only 40 miles to Table Rock lake or about an hour. Let the fun begin

Go for it BIG TIME! Your kids will be grown and gone before you know it. Mine still tell us that some of their most enjoyable times were family camping outings. Good luck in the refurbishment tasks. Lots of folks here on irv2.com will probably help out or you can search for items of interest.

farmerscotty, welcome to iRV2.com. We are glad to have you join us here and look forward to reading of your adventures and experiences. You will find we are a group of fun loving RVers that like to help where we can. To repair the floor under teh ref. will require you to pull the ref. out. Be sure you write down the wiring connection points and turn off power and gas before removing ref. There shoul be a couiple screws in the back side of the ref. and some on the floor and top on the inside that must be removed. Once you reinstall the ref. be sure to use some dishwashing soap solution to check for leaks around the lp gas connection. If you can take a picture of the damage around the vent we may be able to help in that area too.
