Purchased 1999 Dutch Star with Spartan chassis a few weeks ago. New member to this forum, all though I have been reading different blogs for months. Been spending lots of time checking things out and replacing filters and doing service work on the unit. My question is, do most of you RV'ers recommend a Wix air cleaner. Its a $200. item and I plan on using it instead of a fleetwood filter. Thanks for your input. Don

Don, I have not had any bad things to say about WIX filters and I would say that this filter would be as reliable as the OE filter that came with the unit.

Wix Yes go for it.
